1. Initial purchases
You may request a refund for an initial monthly subscription, annual subscription, or lifetime purchase within 14 days of purchase. Include the email address used at checkout and your Paddle transaction or order reference so the purchase can be located.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. You can cancel before the next renewal date to prevent future charges. We may approve a renewal refund where required by law or where exceptional circumstances justify it.
3. Pay-per-use exports
A completed Excel export is a delivered digital service and is generally non-refundable once the file has been generated. Contact us if you were charged more than once for the same export or the paid export could not be delivered.
4. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer-guarantee rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country. Where applicable law provides stronger rights, those rights apply.
5. How to request a refund
Send your request within the applicable period. State the reason for the request and include the purchase email and Paddle transaction reference. Do not send card details or passwords.

6. Processing
Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund an earlier charge.
